It’s no secret. I am a huge Lululemon fan. Their brand, their product, their philosophy – they all speak to me (and many, according to their unstoppable growth). They embody who I am and who I want to be as an athlete. They help me look and feel amazing. They understand my goals and what drives me. They are so good at what they do.

One of the newest and coolest things Lulu is doing, is offering free yoga to lucky London travelers and residents. My boyfriend and I traveled to London in Spring of 2010 – his sister and her family live there – and it is not cheap. Despite us having a place to stay, the pound left our wallets half chewed and spit out. I, not being able to do without my yoga, forked over some serious cash to go to some classes while I was there. Mind you, the studios were incredible, but and I would’ve been psyched to attend a free class or two. So, this free yoga thing, along with the adorable London map graphic – very cool. Only wish I were there to go to those classes, er …. I mean, cheer the Olympians on.

And so it goes. My heart has opened more, and my love for Lululemon has grown. Oh, and 5 stars for my new Wandering Yogi Crops. Damn do I love ’em.

Our mothers, doctors, massage therapists always tell us to drink lots of water. Yeah, yeah, yeah, we get it; water is good for us. For me, the idea of drinking water, great. The practicality of it, not so great. The thought of drinking water only comes to me if I’m thirsty, and even then, I’d rather have kombucha, seltzer, chai, Sprite… you name it. But, I’m making a commitment to myself this summer – to finish at least two bottles of water a day. And these beautiful specimens are going to help me out.

Specimen #1: Bamboo Bottle

Natural, eco chic, reminds me of the floor I do yoga on. I like it.

Specimen #2: Sabi Vitamin Bottle

Functional, travel-worthy, good for those who take vitamins or meds everyday – me!

Specimen#3: Miir Bottle

Sleek, bold, says “I’m ready for water or Absolut cranberries.”

Hmm… going to be a tough choice.
